How to Connect Your LinkedIn Profile and Company Pages

Step 1: Start the connection

You can connect LinkedIn from two places:


Option A — From the Home screen
When you log in for the first time, you'll see a "Connect your LinkedIn to get started" banner on your Home dashboard. Click Connect LinkedIn.


Option B — From Settings

1. Click your profile / workspace name at the bottom of the left sidebar


2. Select Settings


3. Under Personal, select Connected accounts


4. Click Connect LinkedIn

Use this route any time you need to reconnect or check your connection status later — including if you skipped connecting LinkedIn during onboarding. There's no separate "add later" flow: it's the same Connect LinkedIn button, just accessed through Settings instead of the Home banner.


Step 2: Authorize your LinkedIn profile

Clicking Connect LinkedIn opens LinkedIn's official login and authorization screen. Log in with the LinkedIn account you want to post from, and approve the permissions Reachbox requests.


A few things to know:

• Reachbox connects through LinkedIn's official API — no passwords or cookies are stored


• Only one personal profile can be connected per workspace


• This profile is what publishes posts and is used to sync any company pages you administer

Once approved, you'll be redirected back to Reachbox and your profile will show as connected under Connected accounts.


Step 3: Connect your company pages (optional)

If you administer any LinkedIn Company Pages, you can select which ones appear when writing posts:

1. Go to Settings → Personal → Connected accounts


2. Under Company pages, click Select pages


3. Choose the pages you want available in Reachbox — only pages you administer on LinkedIn will show up


4. Save your selection

Note: You must connect your personal LinkedIn profile first — company pages are synced through that profile's admin access, so the Select pages option stays inactive until step 2 is complete.


Step 4: Start posting

Once connected, head back to Home and use:

• Write a post — opens a blank post editor


• Generate with AI — starts the AI post generator flow


• Repurpose content — turn a URL, PDF, or YouTube link into a post

Your connected profile (and any selected company pages) will now be available as posting destinations across Reachbox.


Troubleshooting

• Don't see "Select pages" as clickable? Reconnect your LinkedIn profile first — company pages can't be selected until a personal profile is connected.


• Need to switch LinkedIn accounts? Disconnect the current profile from Connected accounts, then repeat Step 2 with the new account.


• Company page missing from the list? You need admin (not just member) access to that page on LinkedIn for it to appear in Reachbox.
